If you are arriving at the Eugene Airport and need taxi service, please call ahead and make an appointment for one of our taxis to meet you. We will need you flight number so we can track the flights arrival time on the airports website. If your plane is early or late, we will be there waiting for you. The taxi cab waiting line is directly across from the baggage claim area, across the street. If we have your cell phone number, we will call when your plane arrives to let you know your taxi is outside whenever you are ready. You cab will be at the front of the reservation line.

To the Airport:

• Your driver will be there no later than 8 minutes of your pre-arranged reserved time.
• It is also important that you are on time so our drivers can continue to be on time for other pick ups.
• As of January 1st 2016 we will need to secure all pre-arranged rides with a credit card.

Pick up at the Airport:

• We will be tracking your flight so we can be there when you land. This does not include flights that arrive earlier than scheduled.
• If your flight comes in early we will be there by your scheduled time. We do our best to make it to early flights.
• As of January 1st 2016 we will need to secure all pre-arranged rides with a credit card.

You may still pay with cash on drop off if you would like for all rides.

Cancellation Policy:

• All cancellations within 24 hours will be charged $25.00
• We track all incoming flights to Eugene, so we will know if a flight is cancelled coming in. Please call and we will be happy to help you rearrange your pick up times, we will not charge a cancellation fee if the flight is canceled and you cannot make it to Eugene.
• If there are other reasons you cannot make it, please call and we will do what we can to help.
